Joel Mokyr, a world-renowned economic historian, has been among our guests since the very first edition of the Festival and has repeatedly captivated audiences with his reflections on the links between knowledge, technological progress, and the prosperity of nations.

Philippe Aghion, one of the leading scholars of growth theory and the economics of innovation, has brought to Turin his vision of how competition and scientific research are fundamental drivers of economic and social progress.
