Biography

Jonah Rockoff is Paul Garrett Professor of Public Policy and Business Responsibility at Columbia Business School. His most recent research focuses on teacher hiring, evaluation, and compensation systems, and on how teachers influence students’ economic outcomes in “adulthood. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from” Harvard University.
